SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN
Philadelphia based marketing & events agency is currently seeking fall Social Media Marketing Interns to work on key client accounts, focusing on capturing captivating content, creating engaging videos, crafting compelling copy, and maintaining consistent brand voice across various digital platforms. These positions will assist the Chief Creative Officer and Digital Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies. Candidates must be food, beverage, and social media savvy and able to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Supervised content creation (photo, video, written, graphics)

Assistance with on-site photo and video shoots, as needed
-
Create social media advertisements
-
Create imagery for social media posts
-
Create infographics
-
Support design-focused client-facing projects
-
Assistance with capturing content at events and media opportunities

Monitoring of client social media accounts
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or other software
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments
-
Working knowledge of design, color, and typography principles
-
Detailed oriented and highly organized
-
Understanding of digital formats across screen sizes and devices
-
Marketing, communications or media majors preferred, as well as demonstrable experience in managing social media accounts.

Must be available to work at least 8-10 hours a week

Must be available to make a 3 month commitment. (We are open to extending the timeline of this role for the right candidate.)

VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN
Philadelphia based marketing & events agency is currently seeking fall interns to work on key client accounts and agency projects. These positions will assist the Chief Creative Officer and Digital Marketing Director in executing marketing strategies via video production & edition. Candidates must be food, beverage, and social media savvy and able to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences. Successful intern candidates will possess excellent technical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to “speak” in the voice of the brand represented.
Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will be dynamic creatives who enjoy using videography to communicate brand stories

Serve as an in-house videographer to be used on clients websites, social media, and marketing
-
Skillfully execute video editing including animated graphics and gifs
-
Shoot original content, including people, environments, and product as well as utilize existing assets and artfully combine them into edited videos

Translate marketing objectives into finished projects that effectively and impactful
-
Working with video tailored for Social Media Platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & LinkedIn

Adjusting & comprising video formats to fit the unique needs and goals of our social media channels, keeping in mind that engagement is key

Learn new tools and software to stay current; leverages individual learning, webinars, social media and external education to introduce technology to the Marketing team
Qualifications

Students should be familiar with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, and video capture and editing tools on Instagram and/or TikTok

Solid knowledge of DSLR cameras, lighting & set design

Knowledge of video file formats and sharing platforms

A strong interest in emerging digital technologies, tips and tricks

Must be responsible, organized, and goal-oriented

Must have reliable transportation for on site events (Philadelphia and New Jersey area)
